ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE – ORGANISING COMPANY

LACOSTE S.A.S., a simplified joint-stock company incorporated under French law , with a share capital of 219,520 euros , whose registered office is situated at 31-37, Boulevard de Montmorency, 75016 Paris (France), registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 542 011 606 , (hereinafter referred to as ‘LACOSTE ’),

PATTA EXCLUSIVE SNEAKERS B.V., a company under Dutch law, with its registered office at Bilderdijjkstraat 77, Amsterdam, 1053KM, registered with the Dutch Trade Register under number KVK: 34201905, (hereinafter referred to as “PATTA”),

LACOSTE and PATTA (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Organising Company”), re jointly organising a free competition with no obligation to purchase, entitled “The People’s Choice” (hereinafter the “Competition”), accessible exclusively on the website lacostexpatta.com.

ARTICLE 2: SCOPE

The Competition is organised worldwide and is accessible exclusively online via the lacostexpatta.com website.

Unless otherwise stated, the following are excluded : physical shops, outlet stores, pop-up stores, retail corners, marketplaces or any other point of sale not expressly designated as participating.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Competition terms and conditions, entry is open to any person who meets the conditions set out in these rules, whether or not they are a member of the Organiser’s loyalty programme.

ARTICLE 3: CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Entry to the Competition is open to any natural person aged over 18 (eighteen), residing in one of the countries in which the Competition is available, (hereinafter the ‘Participant’).

Where the Participant is a minor under the applicable legislation of their country of residence, their participation in the Competition requires the prior authorisation of their legal guardian.

The Organising Company reserves the right to ask any Participant who is a minor to provide proof of authorisation from their legal guardian. If such authorisation cannot be provided within the timeframe specified by the Organising Company, participation may be cancelled and any prize awarded may be withdrawn, without compensation.

Access to the Competition is prohibited to directors and employees of the Organiser, as well as to their direct family members, and more generally to any person who has been involved, directly or indirectly, in the design, organisation or implementation of the Competition. Also excluded are persons belonging to companies that control, are controlled by or are under the control with the Organiser, within the meaning of Article L.233-3 of the French Commercial Code.

Entry is strictly limited to 1 (one) entry per person and per account. Any attempt to enter multiple times or fraudulent entries may result in the Participant’s permanent exclusion.

Where the Competition is restricted to members of the Organiser’s loyalty programme, entry is strictly personal and linked to the Participant’s loyalty account. A single Participant may only use one account. The use of a third party’s account, creating multiple accounts or any attempt to circumvent the rules of participation may result in exclusion from the Competition.

ARTICLE 4: DURATION OF THE COMPETITION

The Competition runs from 30 July 2026 to 6 August 2026 inclusive (hereinafter the ‘Duration of the Competition’). The winner(s) will be announced on 7 August 2026.

The Organiser reserves the right to amend, extend, shorten, suspend or cancel the Competition in the event of exceptional circumstances or force majeure, without incurring any liability in this regard.

ARTICLE 5: TERMS OF ENTRY

Participation in the Competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules, as well as the applicable laws and regulations force.

The Competition consists of an online vote allowing Participants to choose the tracksuit they would like to see reissued . A prize draw will then be held amongst Participants who have validly taken part in the vote, to select the winner(s).

To take part, Participants must:

  • Visit the website lacostexpatta.com ;
  • Go to the page dedicated to the competition;
  • Complete the online entry form with the requested information;
  • Vote for the tracksuit they would like to see reissued;
  • Accept these rules;
  • Confirm your entry online.

The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any Participant who has committed fraud or an attempt at fraud, without being obliged to carry out a systematic verification of all entries.

The Participant expressly authorises the Organiser to carry out any checks relating to their identity, email address, telephone number or date of birth. To this end, the Organiser may request the provision of any supporting documentation supporting documentation, particularly where there is reasonable doubt.

The Participant guarantees that the information provided upon entry is accurate, truthful and up to date.

The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event that it is impossible to contact a Participant or a winner due to inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date information.

The Organiser also reserves the right to cancel all or part of the Competition in the event of proven fraud and to take legal action against the perpetrators of such fraud in the competent courts.

Where entry to the Competition requires the creation or use of a customer account or a member account, such entry is strictly personal and linked to that account. In the event of the suspension, deactivation or deletion of this account, for any reason, in particular in the event of fraud or failure to comply with the applicable terms and conditions, the Participant’s entry may be cancelled and any prize awarded may be withdrawn, without compensation.

ARTICLE 6: SELECTION OF WINNERS

Winners are selected in accordance with the following procedure:

Winners will be selected by a random draw from among all eligible Participants who have validly taken part in the online vote during the Competition Period.

The prize draw will take place on 7 August 2026, by the Organising Company or by any service provider appointed for this purpose.

Only Participants who have complied with all the provisions of these rules may be declared winners.

Winners will be notified by via email, using the contact details they provided when entering. In the event of an error in the contact details provided, the Organiser cannot be held responsible if the winner cannot be contacted, and the prize will be deemed forfeited.

No enquiries regarding the identity of the winners will be considered.

ARTICLE 7: PRIZES

The prizes on offer are as follows:

  • The reissued tracksuit.

Prizes are personal to the winner, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any compensation of any kind whatsoever.

The Organiser reserves the right to replace any prize with another prize of equivalent or greater value and nature in the event of it is unavailable or due to circumstances beyond its control.

Where the prize takes the form of a loyalty reward, a discount voucher, a gift, privileged access, points or any other intangible benefit, its terms of use, period of validity, any exclusions, and whether it is personal or non-transferable nature will be specified in the competition announcement or in the winner’s member account.

Any benefits not used within the specified time limit will be forfeited permanently, without compensation.

Where the prize consists of a physical item, it may only be exchanged or replaced in the event of a fault, non-conformity or damage, as verified in accordance with the conditions specified by the Organiser.

ARTICLE 8: COMPETITION RULES

These rules are available free of charge at lacostexpatta.com.

They may be sent to any person who requests them in accordance with the conditions specified by the Organiser. (to be adapted according to the country)

ARTICLE 9: LIABILITY

The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event of any technical malfunction, in particular relating to, IT equipment, software or any other cause beyond its control, which disrupt the smooth running of the Competition.

Nor shall it be held liable in the event of force majeure, external events or fraud resulting in the Game to be amended, suspended or cancelled.

The Organiser reserves the right to exclude any Participant who disrupts the smooth running of the Competition, in particular in the event of fraud or an attempted fraud.

The following, in particular, are considered fraudulent: the use of multiple accounts, the use of a third party’s account, the use of bots, scripts, automated systems, data scraping, technical manipulation of the entry form, abnormally high numbers of entries, false identity or any manoeuvre intended to circumvent the rules of the Competition. The Organiser reserves the right to carry out any necessary checks and to request any supporting documentation reasonably required. (to be adapted according to the country)

These rules are governed by French law and any dispute shall be referred to the competent courts.

ARTICLE 10: PERSONAL DATA

10.1 Purpose of data processing

Information relating to Participants and any information provided, where applicable, by the Winner is used by the Organiser in as the data controller and, where applicable, by its Affiliated Companies and its data processors or service providers within the terms of the consent given to enable you to take part in the Competition (management of the Winner(s), organisation and running the Competition, and the awarding and supervision of the Prize(s)).

Personal data is collected and processed for the purposes of: managing the winner(s); organising and running the Competition; the awarding and supervision of the Prize(s).

The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the Participants (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation

(GDPR)).

10.2 Data collected

The data collected in connection with the Competition includes, in particular, are the following: surname, first name, telephone number, gender, email address, country of residence.

10.3 Rights of data subjects

In accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data, all Participants have the right of access, rectification or erasure, the right to restrict the processing of their data, the right to object, the right to data portability, and the right to set out instructions regarding the handling of their data after their death, which may be exercised by email to [RIGHTS EMAIL TBC] or by post to the following address: [POSTAL ADDRESS TBC] , accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document.

The Participant may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in their country of residence or in the country of the Organiser.

The Participant may withdraw their consent at any time.

Participants who exercise their right to have their data erased before the end of the Competition will be deemed to have withdrawn their participation.

10.4 Recipients of the data

The personal data collected is intended for:

  • PATTA ;
  • Affiliated Companies
  • Patta’s Data Processors.

10.5 Data security

The data controller undertakes to implement all appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of participants’ personal data.

10.6 Data erasure

Personal data collected in connection with this competition will be retained only for as long as is necessary to administer the competition, namely until the prize draw has been completed in full and the winner(s) have been selected.

ARTICLE 11: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

TRADEMARKS

The trade marks, company names, trade names, logos, distinctive signs and, more generally, all intellectual property rights used in connection with the competition (hereinafter the ‘Elements’) are the exclusive property of LACOSTE and PATTA and/or their affiliates or partners.

Nothing in these rules shall be construed as conferring upon the Participant any right whatsoever, in particular the right to reproduction, display or use, in respect of these Elements, without the prior written authorisation of LACOSTE and PATTA

CONTENT

All elements accessible as part of the Competition, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, videos, databases, software and other content, are protected by the applicable intellectual property laws and are the the exclusive property of LACOSTE and PATTA and/or their partners or suppliers.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, distribution, exploitation or use, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any means whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of LACOSTE and PATTA is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 11: GOVERNING LAW

The provisions of these Rules are governed by French law. Any complaint relating to the Competition must be addressed to the Organising Company within 30 days from the end of the Competition, via customer service or the contact form.

The Participant may, where applicable, make use of a mediation or alternative dispute resolution scheme where such a scheme is provided for by local regulations.

After this date, no claims will be accepted. Except in the case of obvious errors, it is agreed that the information generated by the Organiser’s gaming systems shall constitute conclusive evidence in any dispute concerning connection details and the of said information relating to the Game.

ARTICLE 12. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the Competition implies full, complete and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
